Wailuku Country Estates offers spacious land areas and bicoastal vistas. An amazing koi pond surrounds a part of this home and offered up a perfect source of inspiration. The Chinese red lacquer bar cabinets became the second source of inspiration however, we set off in an opposing color direction to rock the color wheel by introducing a deep saturated teal juxtaposed to the red. Colorful art pulling this palette together reinforces this strong color mix. From that point, aqua and red colors alternately worked their way into the guest bedrooms. The master bedroom features a soft glow of aquas in the ceiling with a shimmery metal glaze on the walls. Color and beauty surround the home keeping it lively and peaceful at the same time.
